Office Manager


  • Maintaining the office condition (order and control of all necessary things: offices and household goods, water, cleaning etc.)
  • Assistance in preparation of corporate department contracts (upon request filling out and changing customer requisites, printing and signing) for signing and subsequent sending to clients
  • Orders and requests for payment & delivery of correspondence (external/internal), accounting and distribution of incoming correspondence;
  • Answering telephone calls, meeting the visitors and guests of the office
  • Participation and assistance in marketing activities, coordination of the events (registration of participants, issuance of materials, timing control, photo, correction of ordered services in order of necessary, coordination of the event participants)
  • Forming reports on the results of the organization of events (photo report, lists of participants, questionnaires)
  • Working with the client database


  • Minimum 1 year work experience on a similar position
  • Correct oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task work
  • Attentiveness to details (work with documents)
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian (fluent), English


  • Work schedule: 5/2
  • 8-hour working day
  • Registration under the labor code, education
