These are services aimed at increasing the level of infrastructure maturity, its stability, performance, security in terms of technologies based on Microsoft products.
The work is carried out directly at the customer's site by highly qualified Softline engineers using specially designed tools.
The services provided are strictly regulated, have a specific result, output value and implementation period.
If you manage a large and complex IT infrastructure that has evolved over the years and passed from generation to generation of administrators, then there is obviously a number of deeply hidden problems accumulated in it, possibly due to bad historical decisions. Because of these problems, the performance of business systems, their fault tolerance and security often suffer. To eliminate these flaws, the work of highly qualified specialists is not enough, and it is necessary to use automated survey tools.
Softline specialists help to systematically and structurally approach the survey and fundamentally study the system, find out the source of the malfunction and assess the correctness of building the IT infrastructure, instead of solving individual problems.

This is the first level of work that is done using any of the Microsoft technologies at the customer's choice, for example, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server, SharePoint Server.
- Creation of disaster recovery documentation. These are documents regulating the work of the customer's specialists in various situations of damage or data loss. The documents include working with a backup strategy, customer SLA and conducting fire drills, in other words, training works to restore infrastructure in various situations.
- Performance improvements, primarily in SQL Server and business solutions using SQL Server technologies.
- Improving security in terms of Microsoft technologies. Our engineers, knowing about the typical problems of operating Microsoft products, have ready-made package solutions to close the known attack vectors on the customer's infrastructure.
- In addition, our services include training. These are proprietary courses created by Softline engineers, where customers' specialists, who already know their products well, are deeply immersed in certain narrow topics, such as performance analysis, infrastructure protection, and solving problems in the use of appropriate technologies.
