AtaBank would like to express its gratitude to Softline Education Center for organizing a course for the bank employees. Advanced professional training is an important component in any business. Personnel training should inspire the employees to continue their professional growth and achieve new goals. It is especially pleasant when training courses are easy and interesting — and Softline courses never fail to meet our expectations. We have been working with Softline since 2007, and we would like to thank you for cooperation and understanding.
Within the project, Softline specialists configured the ServiceNow modules in accordance with the client requirements. As a result, the IT department received access to this service. Logistics, planning, and customer service departments were the next to get it. Softline also performed system technical support and development after implementation.
Softline has successfully implemented a Microsoft System Center 2016 project in Constructora Meco, a leading Costa Rican construction company. As a result of the project, we has improved IT infrastructure management with prompt technical support.
Implementation of a project management system powered by Microsoft Project is an important stage of our company development. We received a management tool that enables both the control of the project progress and proactive change management to maintain the quality of service. We chose Softline Education Center as our education service provider because it met all our requirements to the quality of training and service.
