Information block was created by Softline experts from Argentina with the assistance of specialists from the Chilean representative office. To visualize the progress in execution of requests for IT services, the corporate portal was integrated with Microsoft System Center Service Manager solution. Thanks to such integration, the bank employees can now see the progress in provision of internal IT services and workload of IT professionals, as well as verify compliance with SLA.
